Sometimes when I read some Marvel/DC comics, I notice on a few panels - every now and again, very rarely though, I think - to put the focus on characters they leave the backgrounds blank or one shade of an opposing color. I don't think they do it now, but instinct for me called to put it in again.

So, that's why that's there.

Mannnnn I cannot tell you how much I love this page. I just think it's really dynamic. ESPECIALLY the last panel! My favourite is definately Marie in the last panel. I just love the look and expression on her face.

I actually like it when comics have a blank background... I like it because it lets you focus on the characters, you know? Anyhoo. Great stuff!
